Most people never fully recover after an injury because they aren’t getting the care they need.
AT FOREFRONT PHYSICAL THERAPY, WE ENSURE A FULL INJURY RECOVERY BY INDIVIDUALIZING YOUR CARE SO YOU CAN MOVE BETTER AND ENJOY A PAIN FREE LIFE.Dr. Dan Benson, DPT, FAFS, GPS, CAFS, 3D MAPS, FRC - SCHEDULE with DAN![]() Big Sky, MT
Dan understands how hard it can be to be sidelined from an injury - he broke his back in 2005 and, after a lot of hard work, was skiing in New Zealand 6 months later. He understands the pain and frustration of a serious injury as well as what it takes to get better.
Dan is addicted to outdoor activities, lives to ski, played college soccer, and has a history of participating in all kinds of other sports - golf, tennis, basketball, trail running, triathlons, barefoot water-skiing, and many more. Being active is why Dan became a physical therapist - he wants others to be able to share in his passion for movement and do so without pain or limitation. He is motivated by patients' stories - getting them back to doing what they love is why Dan puts so much time into learning about human movement. His wife Anna is a nurse at the University of Washington Medical Center and she also loves outdoor activities and leading a healthy life. They have two amazing kids, Caden and Aurelia, and they exercise as a family often! "My goal is to make this world as good of a place as possible by helping those I am fortunate enough to come to know - that includes family, friends, patients, and anyone else I am lucky enough to meet. It is a privilege for me to get to use my expertise in human movement, empathy, encouragement, and kindness to guide people back to pain free movement and more enjoyable activity." |

Dr. Manny Acheampong, DPT, FAFS, 3D MAPS - Schedule with Manny

Manny Presenting Research
“My personal calling in life has always been to serve those most in need by allowing humility, compassion, generosity, selflessness, and a sense of humor to drive my work.”
Manny enjoys an active lifestyle and healthy food. His favorite thing to do is to spend time on the soccer field. Talk to him about soccer and food and his small eyes will just open wide. He often frequents the gym for a couple hours prior to starting his day (usually 5am) – Manny takes care of his body by exercising and eating well so he can be more successful in helping others take care of their bodies.
Manny’s exposure to Physical Therapy was not conventional. Being born and raised partly in Ghana, he had injured his left arm when he was young. He remembers his mom taking him to a mysterious man who used various herbs and movement several times a week until his arm felt better. Manny vividly remembers that this healer never took money, but instead accepted bread and eggs as payment. It wasn’t until years later that Manny realized this kind man was an example of what a physical therapist should be modeled after.
“Bring me your bread and eggs! I am not being literal here, but I do model my thought process after the mysterious Ghaniain healer who helped my arm. Show me what you can do despite feeling limited, and I will empower YOU through knowledge of movement, humility, compassion, selflessness, and a sense of humor - this is how I’ll help get YOU back to what you want to do in life.”
