DR. MARK SCHRAMM, DPT, FAFS, 3D MAPS, FGS, CSCS - SCHEDULE WITH MARK
“My goal is to empower clients with knowledge of movement, exercise science, and sustainable exercise habits that fosters not just fitness or peak performance, but a lifestyle of wellness and longevity.”
Mark's unique approach as a "Performance Physical Therapist" combines elements of a physical therapist, personal trainer, and strength and conditioning coach, making him a valuable asset in the realm of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization along the ENTIRE movement continuum |
It is Mark’s journey through competitive swimming, youth and collegiate coaching, and rehabilitation of his own sport-related injuries that have guided his unwavering commitment to filling the void often left between medical provider and coach/personal trainer as your physical therapist and go-to movement professional.
Mark knew from an early age that he wanted to pursue a career that provided three things:
Mark enjoys resistance training, swimming, snowboarding, listening to podcasts, running, and spending time outdoors. Mark and his fiance Jayme enjoy being “emotional support humans” for their dog Atlas, stand up paddleboarding, and share a mutual fascination with marine life.
